Bringing intelligent systems and frontline execution together to lift productivity, performance, and operational outcomes

Yesterday, vaibe joined forces with Infios, an important step in bringing workforce performance closer to the systems that run the warehouse floor. Here’s what that means for our customers, and for what comes next.
Together, vaibe’s workforce performance via gamification and Infios‘ Intelligent Supply Chain Execution give customers a way to connect intelligent systems with frontline commitment, side by side.
vaibe uses game mechanics designed specifically for warehouse environments to increase frontline performance. Originally developed through Körber’s internal digital innovation process, vaibe has evolved into a differentiated solution that addresses the critical human dimension of supply chain operations. Now joining Infios, a joint venture of global technology company Körber and global investment firm KKR, vaibe strengthens the company’s ability to deliver measurable improvements in both workforce performance and operational productivity.
For vaibe, the move reflects the mission it was built on from the start.

On the technology side, the fit is just as direct.
“From a technology perspective, vaibe was designed to fit into warehouse workflows rather than sit on top of them, delivering real-time feedback that shapes behavior on the floor,” said Tiago Sottomayor, Chief Technology Officer at vaibe. “Becoming part of Infios allows us to scale that architecture, embed deeper into operational ecosystems, and accelerate how data translates into meaningful action on the floor.”
From Infios‘ side, the addition lines up with how the company already thinks about warehouse performance.
“vaibe brings a genuinely practical dimension to how we think about performance in the warehouse,” said Eugene Amigud, Chief Innovation Officer at Infios. “It strengthens our ability to connect system intelligence with day-to-day execution, helping customers get better outcomes not just from the technology itself, but from how the work actually happens.”
The integration reflects a shared belief that better supply chain outcomes come from combining smarter systems with a more engaged frontline, not one at the expense of the other. Together, Infios and vaibe will help organizations strengthen the connection between workforce engagement and measurable business outcomes across the supply chain.
This is just the beginning. Onwards, together with the Infios team.
